When you pay for a NEW membership using PayPal your new account will be created using the email and name you provide at PayPal.

Note: At any time you can cancel your payment. Just close the PayPal window.

Pay Using your PayPal account:  If you pay by logging into your existing PayPal account, your TOCNM account will be created using your PayPal account email.  Here are the steps:

• If you already have a PayPal account and are logged in, you will see a very simple form. Click the [Pay Now] button and you will be returned to the registration completion form. Your account will be created using your PayPal account email. You will be returned to the tocnm.org website to complete your registration.
• If you have a PayPal account but are not logged in, your PayPal email address may already be displayed in the PayPal form. If not enter the email for your PayPal account and complete your login to PayPal. Then just click [Pay Now]. You will be returned to the tocnm.org website to complete your registration.

Pay using a credit card or debit card: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to pay using a credit card or debit card.

• When you see the PayPal form, Click Pay with Debit or Credit Card. You can now pay as a Guest.
• Enter the email address you want to use for your TOCNM membership.
• Click Continue to Payment.
• Fill in the requested information.
• IMPORTANT: If you do NOT want to create a PayPal account you must unset the option “Create my PayPal account..” If you fail to do that, PayPal will create or attempt to create an account for you using the email you entered.
• After you complete the credit card and other information, Click [Pay Now].
• You will be returned to the tocnm.org website to complete your registration.
